Yea those are sweet. I may have to pic one up after I get my little 1 month no buy period out of the way. :P And that Russian Red Rose Gold layering is nice against that black. :) :cool: ;)

Russian watches have come along way since the days of the Racketa and Seconda. The Seconda Chronograph of the 1960's were highly prized for their 19 Jewel Hand-wound movements. This is the watch that Yuri Gagarin wore in 1961 for his manned flight in space. I believe the 19 Jewel movement of the Seconda Chronograph was based on a Venus 175 Calibre with 38 hour power reserve with dual register 30 minutes elapse time counter.

My Gorky arrived today!!!! Unfortunately I'm in LA and the watch is in Ohio, something to look forward to getting home Friday night
