This came on Saturday. It was a "one item left" purchase on shopnbc. I thought for sure I'd get a repack or return. But, to my great delight, I got a brand spanking new 2779 in all new (to me anyway) beefier Invicta yellow box with a nice polishing cloth. Heck shopnbc even shipped in a carton instead of bubble bag. I've wanted to this watch for some time, but it always seems to sell out before I get a chance to order. I even bought a 9094 to have because I couldn't find a 2779. The watch is very nicely made with the Swiss ETA movement and joins my 9937, 9938, and 9939 in my watch box. ![]()

Except where the manual is. Very difficult to get a hold of the manual for me. I think the outside of the box is fugly. I am digging the cloth and where the watch sits. They duns good though I thinksess.
