This came on Saturday. It was a "one item left" purchase on shopnbc. I thought for sure I'd get a repack or return. But, to my great delight, I got a brand spanking new 2779 in all new (to me anyway) beefier Invicta yellow box with a nice polishing cloth. Heck shopnbc even shipped in a carton instead of bubble bag. I've wanted to this watch for some time, but it always seems to sell out before I get a chance to order. I even bought a 9094 to have because I couldn't find a 2779. The watch is very nicely made with the Swiss ETA movement and joins my 9937, 9938, and 9939 in my watch box.

Except where the manual is. Very difficult to get a hold of the manual for me. I think the outside of the box is fugly. I am digging the cloth and where the watch sits. They duns good though I thinksess.

They duns good though I thinksess. Well, its mostly the top that's ugly. But, I'll take it over the last couple of really crappy ones I got from them. The insides of both of them arrived crunched.
