I was getting tired of the original white dial that came with my Ernst Benz Chronosport, so I took a 20 minute drive to Ernst Benz in Birmingham, Michigan.  Took me about 30 minutes to decide, but I finally decided on a yellow dial (figured Spring and Summer were on thier way).

What do think?

I like the yellow, especially for summer.

Ha ... I was just walking by there on Sunday when the weather was so nice here and noticed all the Ernst Benz signs in the window. That place next door is crazy with all those watch repair 'desks' inside. I have never been by when it was full to see all the folks working ... must be quite a sight.

Always fun to visit 'Back in Time' while down there too. I haven't been since last fall. Marrella & Company in downtown Royal Oak is a cool WIS watch retailer to visit as well, as I always make the wife stop and look with me when we are in the area ;) .

It's funny that you mention the room where the service is done.  To us it's fairly obvious what the room is for, even when it's empty.  While I was down there, some of the people standing by the window made comments like "look at the jewelers making jewelry".  I guess it's irrelevant, it serves it purpose of drawing customers into the store.  It must be weird to have people watching you work all day through a window.  Even though the room is open to the public walking by to see, actual work is being done... this is where all the warranty/ service/ repair work is done.
