Seiko Frankenmonsters that is......arrived a few days ago. One in blue dial and the other in black dial. I thought I would love the black dial more but as it is turning out, I prefer the nice sheen and subtle radiance of the blue dial. They are really beating my expectations on build quality, wrist weight, dimensions and lume. They are, in a way, laid-back tool watches that don't shout. Nice to have them. I'm now looking at getting the yellow dial too. Hope you enjoy my pictures. Thanks.

Thanks, Tombs. In my honest opinion, these particular Seikos have the best, if not one of the best "returns on investment". They don't cost an arm and a leg but they give so much pleasure and pride to wear. How about that, huh???? Isn't that Hobbies 101??toon1.gif

Congrats!  I've had the black dial PVD'd version since it came out some time ago.  They are awesome watches no matter what the cost.  I still find myself staring at the lume every time I drive into an underground parking structure.  Seiko's have lume that you can flag down an orbiting satallite with.  ThumbsUp02.gif  Enjoy.
