Well to make a long story short over the last few years it has been really difficult getting my wife a watch that she likes everything about it. We have been thru a Wenger, Bulova, Seiko and Zodiac. They were either to small or cheaply made. And in her words some didn't match all her outfits. So I tried to talk her into a Rolex or Omega and she said no since they represent alot of wealth to her. Resently I had her going thru some of my watches and she inquired on why I had 4 Marcello C's. After telling her all my reasons on why I owned more of that brand then others  I decided to get her one. And believe me when I say I hit a pot of gold on that decision I am not underestimating that one bit.smile8.gif She loves everything about that watch and she said the main thing is that it matches almost all of her outfits. Oh and she said she can wear it formal or informal.

Here are some pics she sent me to post. They aren't the best pics but since I am overseas I can't ask for to much. I hope everyone gets to this moment because it took me almost 2 years to make her watch happy.

Thanks, Terry.

Thanks guys for the comments. She does like her Seiko but she thinks it is a good yard watch. So far with this one she hasn't taken it off in about 2 weeks. I had to wait to see if she really liked it or not. And one thing she said she had to get use to was the weight of it. All of her others ones she said felt cheaply made. And the Bulova bracelet on it rattled so she couldn't stand that.  I honestly didn't want to get her a Marcello since I didn't want to influence her, I want her to make her own decision. That is a very nice looking watch, what is the case dimension on it? I have a Seiko SUG089K which I love, but found it was much more comfortable once I changed from the rubber strap to a leather strap. I think one of my issues is that I only have a 5 1/2" wrist, so I have problems getting a bigger watch to fit with a less conforming strap.

My wife has the same watch! She said it is her gardening watch. She loves it but her complaint was the date being to small. And she wanted something she could wear all the time formal or informal. But the Marcello C is about the the same size, it is 34.3mm and I think 12mm thick. She told me the biggest difference is the weight of the Marcello C. http://www.marcelloc-watches.com/watches/lady/1.2.html  If have any question just send me a pm, Thanks Terry.

P.S. Also she said that the issue is that alot manufactures make really small watches which is more a style thing instead of verstility.
