This just arrived today, after some quick tinkering I think I can wear it!  hmm... ronda quartz  Oh there that's much better!  Ok the hands are not a perfect lume color match but they will do for now!

would you believe the quartz movement came with a nice metal movement ring, i didn't have to adjust it even it is notched inside for the 2892 already ...

Looks great with the Bulova auto - thats a nice signed rotor, there! I wish I could do this kinda stuff.. sold my Magnum BECAUSE of the quartz movement and that irritating tick... tick... tick... of the second hand. Yours is a HUGE upgrade! Cheers Chris - nice job! IanM yourock.gif
