shopnbc delivered as promised on this one. In a box no less. Not as nice as WSS, but at least it came in a carton instead of a bag. A day ahead of time promised as well. Having owned a 2014 I first checked out the crown. It is WAY easier to operate than my old 2014. Next I had to try the bezel. I must say I am disappointed. It is not nearly as smooth as the original. It turns with almost no effort to be sure, but it doesn't have the feel of the 2014. My 2014 felt almost as if it was oil filled. This IN3075 feels as if the oil leaked out. Turns fine, but it is not as refined a feel. I don't recall INVICTA being engraved on my 2014 either. I can live with it, but I wish it wasn't there. It has never bothered me before on other Invicta watches I have owned, but it bugs me a bit on this model. I do like the lumn dot on the second hand and the wing. The gold plate seems very well done. Excellent in fact. The exhibition back window seems a bit smaller than I remember. Maybe Invicta used less sapphire to save a buck or two. The ETA movement is gold plated and nicely decorated. Whenever I used to wear my old 2014, people would compliment me on the the watch. Never once did anyone guess it cost a mere $300 or so. I'm gonna predict the same for the IN3075 although having the name engraved on the side of the case may effect some. All-in-all it is a pretty darn nice watch for the money. It certainly ranks as as one of Invicta's best looking models. Here are some right out of the box shots. :) ![]() ![]() ![]()

Tony, Yes, I have to maintain a proper belly to wrist ratio in order to wear this watch myself. Right now the belly and the wrist are at their limits for comfortably wearing the watch (with the bracelet snug like I like it). With a little exercise in the next few weeks (I promise), it should fit perfectly. :D:D:D Tony Duronio wrote: Nice Mike:) Last edited on Thu Mar 16th, 2006 05:26 pm by mcwright |
