Eric - that's what I'm afraid of...nice first experiences with well built pieces tend to suck you into the brand for another taste.  I'm liking the understated and classic styling of this one a whole lot. ...and Brice and Nick, here's a Q&D wrist shot...sorry, no sunshine in Colorado today...we are seeing snow!!! Big Congrats, Chris . Mark's right. past 3 days you've been lightin up the New Arrivals section and contributing to the strength of the Euro.That watch will serve you well and for sure the strap will last a very long time. Fully-spelled days are not common in that exact spot on the dial. Enjoy it in good health, amigo.

Thanks for the continued congrats Jeff and Ian! Jeff - agree with your comment regarding the full day and date configuration (especially in a 500m rated diver!). These kodiak straps are indeed very, very robust and well made, but they taper from 22mm at the lug to 20mm at the buckle and this piece is really asking me for a non-tapered 22mm strap, so I've got a couple incoming from Rich at Toshi straps that should do the trick. Chris, take it from me....in a couple of months, from daily or regular wear, that case patina will change to a nicer luster. I can't describe it but you'll discover it for yourself. The case will look better with more use, more sweat drops and daily gunk.

The case will look better with more use, more sweat drops and daily gunk Very cool Jeff...one thing that I became keenly aware of when getting this one in my hand was the amazing case finishing on these Anonimos (even for this entry level piece) - not just the variation of multiple finished used on the case which is way cool, but the final workmanship on the case really stands out. I understand that all these cases are cnc machined from a solid billet of material, and then handfinished to the final product and it shows! I'm very much enjoying the simple, understated, design of this one.
