Destro is Italian, it means it goes on the right hand, made for the right hand or the right side or to the right side - as opposed to the left. So the crown is on the side of the watch as if one was wearing the watch on the right hand and able to adjust it with the left hand.

Thanks! Yes. It is domed all around. It magnifies the numbers slightly when viewed directly. I'm really liking the Bradley's combination of toughness and polish.
