I've been enamored by this one since it's introduction. Was able to find this barely used one for a song.
This one comes in at 43.5mm which to me us the sweet spot for us 7-8 inch wrists. This appears to have a 3 piece case design, with a screwed down caseback, one piece case and lug assembly and a screwed down bezel. The crown is very cool as it doesn't screw down in the traditional way. You push in and a half turn locks it in place.the dual is texture and the AR on the slightly domed crystal make this one a breeze to read. Was not sure what movement was biding used but visual inspection shows ETA markings which I believe a2836.
Another cool feature us the deployant clasp, very sweet. The strap is fed through the one end for easy adjustment and of high quality.
Anyway very pleased so far, here are a few pics:

Congrats on the new arrival Tony!!!!party.gif

Very nice piece from ORIS, and a new one to me.  Great size as you mentioned above for us in the average 7-8" wrist size...and I really like the unique day-of-the-week indicator used on this one...really don't think I've seen that before, and I like that a whole lot.  What can I say...I like the design of this one!!!thumbsup.gif

Cool comment regarding the crown...I've heard that referred to as a bayonet style crown which seems super rare from a crown engagement design standpoint (very interesting as I've got an incoming with a bayonet style crown design which I'm very much looking forward to checking out).

A lot to like with this one Tony...Enjoy and thanks for the details!!!

thankyou.gifGentlemen for the kind replies.

Chris, the day of the week is very cool, and with all that is going on with the dial nothing gets lost in the time telling.

Fantastic and unique looking Oris. Nothing better than when a WIS sets the target (as you did some time back) and then bags the beast. One question; is that the OEM strap or an aftermarket? Regardless this looks to be a keeper for you, TD!

Big Congrats, Tony. ThumbsUp02.gif That dial really says it all and the day markers are simply so functional. Enjoy it in good health.
