Welcome to the club Will!! happy guy.gifhappy guy.gifI'm sure you'll find it as comfortable to wear as I do. Now get a bracelet for it and give it the compete look.
Thanks! I'm hesitating about the bracelet: Like it on straps from now and the original bracelet is going high in price....
Still, there is some great quality generics for low price so why not.
The Speed-Moon has it's "real" place on velcro in fact, like the guys worn it during them missions ,even it's not the most amazing look one could find.
Note that the original velcro is long enough to go around the space-suit...

Well William, after talking about this project with you over email for quite some time, I´m really happy for you my friend. And you did on heck of a job on this one, and a drop of sweat or two also (as you said:0) Patience is a virtue, and in this case, it payed of in more than just money saved.
Great watch, and great job getting all the parts and seeing the whole project thru.

Congratulations are in order!

Thanks buddy! I really enjoy it and the fact that I was involved in it's construction will make it mine forever ThumbsUp02.gif

Will, I've never seen a watch with that type of velcro band and i spent a few moments understanding it. In the end, I liked it and I think it's a good way of honoring the history. Nice, bro!bravo.gifbravo.gifbravo.gif

Thanks Jeff! Yes, it's more a "working strap" than something made for looking good: Still having it's charm!
