My first Christopher Ward timepiece landed when I was away this week and I am really impressed with it. The MK1 is modeled after an altimeter from the cockpit of a jet. I have always loved the handset design of this model and with the double AR coating the crystal just appears to be missing.Combine that with the fact the center of the hands match the dial spot on it's a great looking dial/hand set combo IMHO. The hands look to be floating across the dial with no crystal. A few specs: ETA 2824, listed at 42mm wears like 44mm, 10.7mm thick (really like this thinner case design) and Anti-reflective museum grade sapphire flat crystal. Thanks for checking it out!

Nice one Trent!!!thumbsup.gif

I like the aircraft instrumentation influence with this one (as I've always been a fan of B & R pieces too).

I like the case, dial, and hands on this one!  Nicely done!

Congrats!

Thanks Chris!
Yes B & R good call! now I need to hunt down a light tan strap and from across the room it might appear as a B & R but at about 1/3 of the price!

Thanks Tony! I really like the shape and thinness of the case!
I hope you have caught some of the World Series, it's not our Tigers but it's been a great series!

Looks awesome Trent! And I do prefer it on the tan strap as well. I stumbled upon this watch while checking out the C60 Trident I almost bought before pulling the trigger on a Certina.
Anyways I hesitated at the time between this CW and the v1. Now I think I "need" this one ;)
Congrats. It looks great. Wear it in good health.

CW is a beauty. Love everything about that piece. Clean dial and especially like the way they do the hands. Congrats
