This one is still in the plastic. Arbutus covers the entire watch in plastic (at least this one is anyway). I don't time to futz with it right now, so I just took a pic with it as it came. It is very nicely made, and everything works smooth as butter. Lumn isn't very bright, but it lasts for a good deal of time. Perhaps when I get the plastic off it will be brighter. I love the power reserve "meter" and the 24hr. sub-dial is nice to have. The date window is kinda small, but I don't set them much anyway. It has a nice beefy 41mm case and it is 15mm thick. A bit chunky. The bracelet is gorgeous, with a unique push-button deployant. Slick! I don't have a back picture, but there is a nicely decorated movement to see through the exhibition back. The blue rotor really stands out too. Attachment: arbut1.jpg (Downloaded 120 times)

Neet watch, Mike when you get the time can you post the pic of the movement, I would be interested in seeing it. As long as it is not to much trouble. I did the same thing with the GV2, I am going to try to edit it to night. Hope you have a good day.

The movements are Asian. The fit and finish is excellent on the model I have. It reminds me of Stuhrling's movements in terms of the decoration and look. And, I believe Stuhrling has pretty much licked their early problems. At least that is my experience with my latest Stuhrling purchases.
