I went from having no Orient watches to having a pair in just a few short days.
Took advantage of Marc's Back to Skewl sale and grabbed a Zeb dubbed "Blue Mako" for the bargain price and got a gently used Orange Beast. Both seem nice and were a great deal.

I have to completely give big props to IW for an excellent product, fairly priced and outstanding and personalized sefvie. I'll be back for the Vostok Trophy and who knows? Thanks Marc!!

Thanks to Joaquin for the Orange Beast. It is aptly named!! this one is a bit different and it'll require some wrist time before I am comfortable with it. the shrouded case is new for me as is the power reserve. A bit strange for a minimalist who doesn't do complications to very much. It is of course orange which only makes sense to me...

A couple quick pics.

Cheers,

Pax

Congrats, Pax! Two great watches, IMHO.  I love the Mako, and watch for the arrival of my second Beast soon. (I've been a bad boy this month. :D)

Dan:)

I love the blue mako. It has great lumn too. I don't know anything about the Beast. I thought it was out-of-production. I suppose they are still out there. :)

Thanks guys for the nice comments. I'm happy to join the Orient crew and am impressed with the watches value.

I hear the Trophy Orange should be here ANY DAY now; maybe even today. Getting excited? ? ? ?
