Made a trade last week for a Charmex 12,000 Chronograph. Why any one would need a watch to go 12.000 is beyond me, especially since I would not even wash dishes with my watch. This watch is beyond big, but I like it and for its size, its relatively comfortable to wear.

Thought I would share some Q&D pics I just took.

That looks extremely solid .... 12000 feet is roughly 2-3 degrees celcius in temp

It weights 360grams, thickness 23mm. But for some strange reason I like it. Ask me next week when my arm is broken. Right now am in the honeymoon phase.

Is that the one that is oil filled...I read somewhere about such a watch that is easier to read at all angles, etc.

I don't think that I have seen anything close to that dept rating before. I thought that 6,600 Ft is pertty phenomenal.
