Got to come to Overstocks defence.Ordered two Accutrons several Pragues and three Crotons that all were BNIB and absolutely happy with all my purchases.I just wish they would use Fedex or DHL instead of UPS.Of course never have ordered Invicta or JL`s.

Overstock is, as the name suggests, Overstock. If, as a vendor you've got extras of something, they will buy it from you. Over the years though it has just become another selling platform; sometimes with good deals; other times not so. I'd just be fuming that they are charging you shipping EACH way and a restock fee. S O B 's !!! daanbc wrote: Overstock must bang up there watches pretty good. I have heard alot of complaints about watches from them. Sorry for your problems. But hey learn from your mistakes as they say. I have not nor ever will purchase from overstock. Just to MANY DOA's from them.

FWIW, I received a Seiko Black Monster a year or so ago. It was defective. I sent it back a couple of times before they fixed. I also got a Croton for someone as a gift about six months ago. The crown was stripped out of the box. I couldn't screw it back in. I got an Invicta diver. It had a very stiff crown. Not stripped, but very hard to operate. Got rid of it too. Got another one and it works fine. I also got a Corum Romulus from Overstock. It is one of the nicest watches I own. Super high quality. So, I guess its a crap shoot. I do know that Overstock is having a lot of Ozone watches returned. They were selling them for $30 to $80. The last I saw they had them all down to $7.99 with free shipping. Now, those are truly crap.
