Got mine, and it does include the rubber strap and changing tool.  Overall, SWEET watch for the money.  I'm diggin' it! smile8.gif

thanks everyone:) Sorry for the late reply, was away from the computer.

Full packaging as Capt. mentioned. IMHO neither strap is very impressive. watch is awesome though. I feel a need to go with SS on this one, I know the OEM is probably outragously priced, may have to pick up an aftermarket.

I boiled the rubber strap for about 10 minutes, which made it much softer and way more wearable.
