Congatulations on that wonderful watch, Mark. The design of
the GMT Master (especially the bezel) started my interest in watches when I was younger, I can feel you. And thanks for sharing the most interesting side story of the purchase, too.

I'm happy for you, Mark. That is a beauty and now both you and C.J. can sport your Rollies all over Green Bay. My son is patiently waiting on my Y.M. and I hope that some day my grand son may wear it. Congrats!
BTW, my nickname for my son as a baby was "Sisyphus" because he loved to build block towers, knock them down, and start all over; again and again.

OK................I have been lurking since the old Invicta Forum days.  But I have to say congratulations on a wonderful Grail.  I just picked up the Philip Admirale 40mm US version of the 7750 Valjoux, my first 7750 and it is wonderful.  When I wear it, I can't take my eyes of it.  Was left of center the other day on the road before I looked up, luckily no one was coming the other way.

That is a beautiful watch and a work of art.  Someday I hope most of us are lucky to know the feeling you had after you walked out of the AD.  I hope to be able to leave my daughter (why not?) my Grail someday.

Wonderful story Pax.  Wear it in good health.

CONGRADS TO YA!hand6.gif That is one nice machine.LOL. I too had that same feeling after recieving my grail for a B-day present. After all this time I thought that It would not be like that. But after recieving it in the way I did with my family around, well it was a moment. Wear it in best of health. Sorry to catch in on a late notice, been real busy the past couple weeks.
