This one's about a couple years old Griff ...did your's come covered in the blue film too that takes forever to get off?mistake.gif

HA!

Mine did......I ended up running water over the watch and washing the blue stuff off in the sink.


Nice watches without a doubt...enjoy that badboy!


Edited to add: I love how the dial pattern grows out from the 6 O'Clock position.....classy.

Mine had the blue too. Easy removal with nail polish remover... just had some lying around...face4.gif

It took me a good hour to get that blue film off!  The only thing bothering me about the watch is the bracelet clasp, seems a bit on the iffy side since it is friction only.  The clasp itself is pretty heavy, so I don't know if I can bend it just a bit to be more secure.

How is that Mido Commander working ? I just bought one just like yours on Ebay, not sure if it is genuine though

It runs great, no problems at all though it is more dressy than I usually wear.  Still it is a sweet watch :)
