Thanks to one of the guys over on WUS affordables, I found one I have been looking for almost 2 years now on the Bay, a Citizen CTZ66 Bullhead Eco Drive chrono with the cal.2100 movement. Only 500 originally made each in dark blue and white, I always wanted a blue but never saw one, not on Higuchi or Seiya, and never on a sales corner. Brand new, plus just a little over half the original list of 105,000 yen. Woo hoo, what a WIS Christmas this is gonna be...now, how to pay for it!

Cheers,
Griff

Pic stolen from the web until it gets here from Japan for some wrist shots:

Thanks guys!  I pretty much gave up getting a blue dial version awhile back, that's why I bought the regular Citizen cal. 2100, it's like getting a Campanola without the huge price tag (the cal. 2100's are made in the same shop with the Campanolas).  I saw one white dial Bullhead over a year ago going for almost $900, which was out of my price range at the time and I preferred the dark blue.  I love the Bullhead style, this will join my vintage Citizen cal. 8110 silver dial and Seiko 6138.

I am totally psyched, and it already shipped from Japan :-)

Cheers,
Griff

I am hoping it will be here tomorrow at the start of a bit of a vacation for the Holidays. I never thought I would snag one, in fact I had given up and took it off the wish list!

As soon as it comes I'll post some wrist shots. I am behind, I have the Globemaster and the Triton to shoot too!

Cheers,
Griff
