It uses the inhouse ORIENT caliber 46N4A movement.  Guess I will find out if it hacks or not...

It doesn't hack like an ETA 2824-2, but you can pseudo-hack it like any Seiko 7sXX diver.  It doesn't handwind either, but thats not a big deal as it has a power reserve meter, so you always know when its close to running out (it winds very efficiently though on the wrist).
