PS-90 made by FN

There is a lot of controversy over this weapon due to its specialized purpose.

It fires 50 rounds of 5.7mm ammunition.  This is the triple rail configuration with 16' barrel.

Just put the red dot on the target, it is about that easy to operate.

That is a sweet weapon. Nice tactical piece. Would be nice to have in close quarters combat or if working in a protective services position. And that round would beat the heck out of body armor.

Seems this weapon was designed for use with c-more sight.  Not too many weapons I have carry 50 rounds so easily.  Gotta love this and appreciate secret service for also choosing such a fine firearm.

50 rounds is easy...best I could ever do was 60 rounds, but with taped banana clips!...and that took a slight pause to flip!

The MP-7 is a great weapon, I think the US Gov. has switched most of the contracts to FN.  They purchased a lot of the 416's and then gave the large contract to FN for the new M-4's.

The MP-7 has better knock down power but the bullet is more rounded and a higher grain, I do not know how it would work on body armor.

In close combat it is suppose to be rather good. The smaller round at the faster velocity is suppose to tear up common body armor rather well over the formally used 9mm.
