We had our Serro Scotty National Rally this past weekend and I thought I would put a hitch on my Falcon and tow the camper with it. Car is a 1961 Ford Falcon. Camper is a 1962 Serro Scotty Sportsman 13 foot "Gaucho" (couch) model. The old Ford pulled her pretty well. Had a great weekend.

Amazing retro feel. Now I feel a lot older. Thanks for sharing. Is the clock on the dashboard of the Falcon a WESTCLOX? Is it still running?.

Looks like a lot of fun. So tell me, seeing that your rig is retro, do you and the wife wear matching leisure suits? Perhaps may be even made of terry cloth? Looks like great fun, Scott.woohoo.gif

Scott right on buddy....hand6.gif Dude that almost looks like the trailer my Dad & Mom had, when I was growing up (70's), but ours was white with the paint pealing off. Scott your bringing back some memories.... I would be quarter mile down the road and get my 68 Volkswagen going about 70. Then about about 50 yrds out turn off the motor and coast right on into that long driveway and right around back behind the garage and that's where are trailer was at and that's where I had to show all those girls are special trailer, it's funny they all wanted to see it at 1:00am in the morning....... Yrs later my Mother told me you could hear the 68 Volks a quarter mile down the road...face4.gif Also dig the 61 Falcon.........yourock.gif

That is a very COOL combo, Scott. You need to wear your Accutron hummer while driving that. It would fit right in.

Pax, I have no idea how to respond to that. It actually scares me when I picture that in my mind. But remember, the car and camper are early 60's. Arent leisure suits famous for the 70's? I think TD has that era covered.
