This is called "The blue hour" up here in the Arctic. At the end of the winter, when the sun comes finally back after 2 months of absence.
In the afternoon, right before the night fall again: We got this phenomenon called "The blue hour", when the all light and air seems to be blue colored. I tried to capture it at it's best from my window tonight.
5 minuts after, it was gone and allready dark.

Here it's everyday during this period of the year but I'm 300km north Polar circle. Iceland is placed right under the Polar circle so they don't got full darkness periods in winter as full light periods in summer like we got.
