Yes, indeed. He had to hold his breath for over 4 minutes plus swim down and up. Wowzers!

In my 20's I could go about 2 minutes can't even do a minute anymore.

Amazing, and very cool...that is most impressive considering he is burning oxygen the entire time to propel himself down to depth, and then back up to the surface!!!

I thought I was the CAT's BUTT, doing free dives in the Caribe...down to 40 feet!!! AND that was when I was running five miles daily...
I can still get down to 25 -30 feet ....but for no where as long a time..
