It's apparently the building encasing one of the reactors who blowed-up...
So the reactor most likely irradiates around now: People been evacuated and a 20km security perimeter been established.
Now the reactor heats up: Might be a meltdown if they can't cool it

Its simply unimaginable, The Big Picture @ Boston.com has produced some quite staggering pictures of this disaster.

My mother told me at dinner that they had rescued a man from atop of his house, 9 miles out at sea!  Words just can't discribe it.  My thoughts are with those living though these extremely difficult times.
