A Striker compound Bow. Its rack must have fallen off maybe a week before this. The stubs were about 2 inches across. Tenneessee Deer were imports along time ago. from the dark spot on the head, its most likely a PA.Deer.

It was just standing there, smoking a joint, cleaning his

ak47, so I took his ass out, field dressed him, and hung him up to age the meat.

Let that be a lesson to all deer who want to smoke weed in my back yard!

Silly stoner deer. I've done that to hippies but they're not as tasty.

If you need to get rid of some of the meat I can always use jerky or sausage up here.

Nice kill....

Pax

Ya ... Thats why I wanted to hunt them...because they are savage beasts and because you can carry a handgun to finish them off ...correct???

I'm not sure about the hand gun part. at least I've never hunted animals with one. I don't even bring one for black bear season. It starts the same time in nc.as in tn. I'll bring a rifle to back up the bow, but hunting a wild hog should be done in pairs as with bear. I team up with my brother on the hunting trips. Because of surgery earlier in the year I missed out on black bear this time around, but should be able to make it next year. I stay away from the guys with the tracking dogs with the remote recievers attached.
