Hi guys! I got a few minutes on a buddies computert and thought I should drop by. Things are going well,but the pace of training has been rather slow. It looks to pick up for the next 8 days, which will be a relief as I have had too much time on my hands. Ft Bliss TX isn't too bad, but the weather has gotten a lot cooler the last several days. Thanks for the well wishes and the offers for care packages. Our families are keeping us well supplied for right now, but I will be sure to post a mailing address once we get in country so that if anybody wishes they can send one. I get to go home over Xmas and am looking forward to that(missing my wife something fierce:D). I'll continue to update when I can. murphy j

Thanks guys. Today is Thanksgiving and we got the day off. The mess hall fed us a pretty good meal for dinner. I got to catch up on some TV, finish 2 books I've been working on and visit here. I hope everyone of you had an excellent day with family and friends. I have no complaints with mine. I'm very thankful for all the blessings I've recieved the last couple of years; most especially the woman that is now my wife. I hope all of you give us much thought to your blessings as I do mine. I've been through a lot of pain in the past 10 yrs and the last 2 have brought a lot of wonderful things to me. Take time to reflect on where you've been, where you're going and where you want to be. I know I do and can't help but smile:). Happy Thanksgiving everybody. Talk to you soon. Murphy j.
