Just wondered if anyone here tried to combine the Monstrum with a leather strap? Would love to see some pictures! I think big divers look cool with leather (especially the custom made ones).

I've seen a few pics over the last year of the Monstrum on leather and it looks great. I have not seen a diver yet that would not look good on leather. :cool: Might try some searches here. For I forget who it was that post a pic last sporting one on leather but yea make for a good combo. ;)

Yeah, thanks. I've been digging through a lot of pictures lately, but couldn't find one. I'm thinking about getting one of these for my green Monstrum: http://www.steinhartwatches.de/index.php?id=67&artnr=111&Sel_ID=20&Sel_Cat_ID=1#111 By the way, will any small screwdriver do, or should I get a special one for changing straps?

Okay, thanks! I just found a couple of pics with the search function...  I kept looking in the image forum. Some combos look really nice, so I might try the Steinhart strap. Not sure when, but I'll post pics should I get it.

Hot!!!hearteyes.gifhearteyes.gifhearteyes.gif That 5mm, black leather, white stitched strap is just perfect.gif I have been thinking of something along those lines for my Blue ORSA Monstrum. Really sweet looking combo and the finish on that Pre-V buckle matches so nice to the case finish on the ORSA. Super nice choice there  and great inspiration for those of us that would like to shake up the look of the great Monstrum.Super nice pics by the way...spectacular really...

Very cool looking!!! That buckle is awesome, too! Great combination. By the way, what would happen to a leather strap like that, if one went for a swim with it?
