BENARUS 3T WIS

Hello to all, and thank you for the warm welcome. My name is Ralf and I am from Germany. With BENARUS the dream came through to make my own watches. For the first edition I had to choose a case that is already on the market, because for a small edition a new design is to expensive. I think some of you know this case.  I have choosen this case because it is proven and known as very good quality. I have decided to use the Miyota workhorse 8215, to keep the price down. But I tried to put all all the other fine things we all love, e.g. sapphire crystal, srewed bracelet links, 2 different clasps ,extra strap. The watch is asian made and I don't want to confuse anybody with GERMANY on the dial, I only did because I am located in Germany. Future models will be without . It was really exciting when I offerd the watch the first time cause I didn't know how other WIS will like it, but about 30 are sold in the preorder and that was a confirmation for me that I am on the right way. Let me know how you like it , I am always open to suggestions and hope we have a good time here on the forum. Please excuse that my English is not perfect, school is sometime ago. Best Regards Ralf

Hi Ralf, The watch looks amazing and I hope to get one as well. Good luck with your project. I have heard it said that it is easy to make a nice watch at $10,000 but it is not so easy to make a nice watch at $400 or less. I have expensive tastes and an economy budget so a watch like this is very nice. Miyota makes an awesome movement! Attention to detail, good lume, quality build are the most important things I look at in a quality dive watch. This looks to have that recipe. Good Luck and welcome!! Rob
