I was just curious as to who has switched over to the diver fliplock clasp from the butterfly clasp.  Is there any advantage to the butterfly clasp?

Personally, I really like the butterfly clasp as it offers a nice clean look...and I like the Benarus Megalodon labelling.

I switched to the Diver's Clasp for the micro adjustments

I am going to try the diver's clasp for micro adustment.  Plus the butterfly clasp came loose on me a couple times after I was fumbling around with my sleeves on my jacket.

I actually just put the butterfly clasp back on...wears easier under a jacket.  Plus it fits perfectly on my wrist with the clasp and all links.

I voted flip-lock because they feel more secure to me.  Also seem more comfortable to me.  I do like the clean look of the butterfly!  Just not enough to trump the security of a diver's clasp IMHO.

The buttfly clasp has worked well for me, so it's staying on the bracelet.

The butterfly is just so clean though I might appreciate the micro adjustments available on the diver's clasp. Hell, the Meg was perfect for me just as it was on the butterfly out of the box so I am pretty sure it is gonna stay on the originally installed clasp.

mine fit like a glove on the original dual deployant but it ended up on the divers clasp for more security...I also like the Superman B style logo on the diver clasp!hand6.gifhand6.gif

Sticking with the butterfly clasp, It looks so clean with it and I personally never had any safety issues with any of the butterfly clasps I have...If a was diving as a professional, then it would be different and I would definitely use the diver clasps...Anyway, I will probably play with it and try it one day since as it is now, it's just perfect with two links removed but no play if i gain extra weight! :D
