I put these instructions together. It is most important that you do not set the date or GMT hand when the watch is between the hours of 8pm and 2am... set the time past 3am before adjusting the date and GMT hand. Thanks Steve. This is very helpful. I usually follow the 9 to 3 rule and even much more so with my GMTs.
