I now need to take this watch apart and ship the case to the factory so I can get the new dial and ETA movement installed. These are the last photos of this bronze Moray.

decided to bring this thread back up in light of the news that the bronze Moray will be up 1st...if I understood correctly the crown and caseback are to be pvd now?
... that should bring the bronze out nicely imo...I'm excited and can't wait to get 1 on my wrist!

This is going to be a sweet one Oscar...and like you, I'm glad to hear that the Bronze Moray will be up 1st.

Steve actually gave a choice of either brushed ss, blasted ss, or black pvd for the crown and caseback when placing your order as far as I know (along with the option to upgrade to a 'top-grade' ETA 2824-2 movement).

Can't wait to get to work on getting a nice patina going on that bronze case!!!thumbsup.gif

Chris I didn't catch the choice of metal for the hardware but whatever I get is fine as long as it has the brown dial I wanted...this will most definitely be a real looker and a watch that will continue to grow on you as well with the patina process of the bronze....great case design for bronze imo and with the eta what more could a WIS want at a fair price imo...happy guy.gif
