Hello everyone.  My name is Bob and I have been a watch lover for as long as I can remember.  I really love this forum as it has really assisted me with some knowlege in seeing that there are TONS of beautiful watches out there for reasonable prices other than your typical.   Brietling, Rolex, Omega etc.

As a matter of fact 90% of the watches I have seen in this forum I have rarely even heard of but I really can't wait to get more.

I am kinda of a divers watch fanatic.  I am a big guy at 6'4" and 275 lbs so I have to wear big watches and the divers have always seemed to fit.

I currently own a

Seiko SJX-007 200M Auto.

Invicta 21 jewel 8926 diver

ESQ Chrono Divers watch

And I JUST RECEIVED a Seiko Daytona SNA-225 Chronograph and I ordered a Watchadoo Polished 22mm Bracelet for it  ( I CAN'T WAIT TO GET THAT TOGETHER) I will be taking some cool pics to post on here when I recieve the band.  As you may know its coming from Austrailia and I am in Canada.

I am looking forward to posting some pics and keeping my eye out on the forum member sales area for some good deals.  I would love to get my paws on one of the Baracuda watches that were released previously.

Skipdawg. WOW what a beautiful collection you have as well. However something tells me that if I collect as many as you have I will be in a divorce court.  LOL.

However I guess my wife is understanding seeing as the only "jewlery" that I care to wear is a wristwatch.

I do have one question guys.  I bought my wife a older model auto seiko womans diver 150M Sorry don't know the model now.  But it seems that its running 15 min or more slower per week.  Can this be fixed and by who?

Hi Bob welcome to 3T. Great little WIS community. And thanks. ;)

I've not had a issue with any of my Seiko's yet and hope not to "knock on wood" but someone here may have a tip or 2 for ya. ;)

Greetings and salutations! Nice to have another Canucklehead in the watch world (not that I need any more competition).  Looking forward to pics when you get more!

Welcome to 3T....about your wife's watch, I would simply take to a watchmaker and have him adjust it.  If it is running a consistent 2 minutes per day slow, it ought to be able to adjust to within 10 seconds or so per day.

.....and, if you like dive watches...you ought to jump on this beauty!!!! yourock.gif

Ok thanks gents.  I will take a look into a local watch smith in the area.  I have also taken a peek at the Cave master I am sitting on the idea of buying one for now.

I can tell you that Boschett is a high quality brand with excellent customer service (I have no affiliation)...and that is one hell-of-a-price on the watch!

Welcome to 3T, Bob.:D Have the wife's watch regulated at the very least and if its an older model that's seen some use, have it serviced.

Hi Bob! Welcome to 3T. Just remember, when it comes to the wife it's easier to ask forgiveness than ask for permission. Trust me, I know because I keep asking for permission:D.
