Well, I've enjoyed lurking here for a while now, I figured I may as well introduce myself. I've enjoyed perusing several watch forums and have never posted because I wasn't sure how to. Time to get over it and give this thing a shot. I'm from the Atlanta area and lived there all my life before proudly joining the U.S. Air Force a few years ago. I am a Munitons (AMMO!) troop. My first assignment was to Japan, a wonderful country I had always wanted to visit. I was stationed in Misawa Japan supporting two F-16 fighter squadrons. I enjoyed it very much. My latest assignment has me just a bit south of home in Valdosta Georgia. I just got back in from visiting family about two hours ago, and the first thing I felt compelled to do was check the latest postings on 3T...so I guess you could say I really enjoy the site and the wonderful members/contributors. I suppose I've always been a WI (I'm learning all the time but I refer to myself as more of a Watch Idiot than a WIS. I've got childhood pictures in which I'm wearing a Seiko Digital Dive Watch as well as a neck-worn stopwatch. I remember having one of my watches "die" after I had left it in the car, I blamed it on the sun and started to wear my watches under a Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets wrist sweatband to prevent further loss/heartache. I have around 20-25 watches now and from a glance at my collection I notice I've focused mainly on dive watches, quite possibly because I'm a PADI certified diver. I enjoy knowing my diver's are robust and will be running strong at 200 plus meters. I am currently enjoying owning 2 Zodiac V-Wolf 300M divers, my Boschette Cave Dweller 1000M (yellow-hand), a newly acquired Bernhard Sea Shark (grey dial), as well as several Invicta Pro Divers, in both auto and quartz variants. My latest arrival is a gold-tone Invicta Pro Diver, in quartz with scalloped bezel. I purchased this especially for wearing to work and have enjoyed wearing it throughout the weekend. As I'm going a bit long-winded here I will wrap it up with a thank you to all who post here, I have enjoyed and envied your watches and posts and look forward to continuing to do so. I'll attempt to post pics of a unique watch to these shores, my Citizen Crystal 7 Day-Date, purchased in Japan. Although not worn as often as the divers, I quite enjoy the chance to bring it out on occasion. I'm currently running it on thin honey brown croc-strap. ![]() ![]() I hope my pics come thru....Thanks again and you're all cool10.gifin my book!

smile8.gif Thanks Tony for the positive comment on the Citizen! It was a steal of a deal and I'm happy to have it. Then number 7 is especially significant to me and I like the 7 in the three pronged crown on the dial.
