I traded this watch a long time ago and over time I missed it and managed to get the same watch back in another trade with the same WIS. but one thing that always bothered me was the sharp corners, the edges were very crisp and the corners came to sharp points. So much like a gunsmith will do, I sanded all the edges and corners of the case, then bead blasted the parts. This watch is fun to work with because the case can come apart with the same tool you use on the lugs.

sanded the parts...

now smooth edges and corners!

new blasted finish!

I love it Stevebravo.gif The round edges and sand blasting are giving a vintage plane intrument touch: Debaufré should definitly take some notes!
