The Vollmer V5 sold out a few weeks after we brought them in, and we just got a fresh supply. Its a mid-size watch, because sometimes you may feel like wearing something a bit lighter and dressy - yet still maintain the Flieger look.
The Vollmer V5 features a retro aviator cockpit style dial (Type B or Baumuster B, circa 1940s) that puts the minutes on the outer dial and a smaller inner dial with the hour display. It is a beautifully executed WWII style German aviator watch with a Swiss made automatic movement. It's made in Germany by Aristo-Vollmer. It includes a sapphire crystal, display back, a solid stainless steel case, and a 25 jewel Swiss/ETA automatic movement (with hack set, and date window). It is fitted with a high grade leather strap with a buckle closure. The V5's easy to read, larger minute markings come in very handy on short flights.
