This is my fear exactly. I agree from research here that Invictas are a crapshoot. I'm not certain I want to roll the dice again. The lume dot appears to be behaving itself, and as mcwright mentioned, once you work the bezel a bit, it seems to loosen up. And yes, you have to basically grip the bezel insert, not the scalloped edge to turn the bezel!

If the Miyota movement settles down to a reasonable rate, then I will be keeping this as the "beater" of my miniscule collection.

At least for now...maybe in the near future, I'll be selling it - along with the bead-blasted Seiko OM bracelet that's on it. Would anyone be interested in such a piece?
