With the Exaggerated Lug design and the Strap fitting very Close to the Case ...One would have to Slice Approxamently 3mm to 4mm down each side...a bit too much ...and the the 1mm difference at the Buckle is Way too tight...the strap doesn't fit into the Buckle easily
Oscar actually you can mod it a little by slicing a little off each side. This is leather and it is easy to do compared to nylon strap like NATO, ZULU or RHINO.
But seriously 23mm is a very odd size after 19mm. :?
