 Oscar i just measured it. And it is 43.5mm w/o corwn nad 46.5mm w/ crown. Lug to lug is 51mm. Thickness is 14mm. Weight is 101g with 22mm leather strap as shown. Crystal is mineral but domed!

And yes it has a great name, I think Alexander the Great had an ancient watch by that name too!
