I heard today on the radio that the Montana legislature is keeping a close eye on the U.S. Supreme court case about gun rights in D.C. If the Court rules that there is no individual right to bear arms they (Montana) may seceed. When Montana became a state the had a contract that if the U.S. ever weakened the 2nd Amendment, Montana's contract with the U.S. would be null and void. I may just be moving to Montana. ;) Here is a link I found about it. Should be interesting to see how it plays out.
