That's a big difference. Perhaps the watch's positioning? Did you do smething different with it? Even the most accurate auto/mechanicals will have a positional variation as it relates to accuracy. The accuracy "on the wrist" will amost always be different than when left on a watch winder or lying on it's back, stationary. Crown down/up or lying on it's face or back will make a difference. So, if you've been wearing it daily and then yesterday left it wound on the nigtstand for a day, that might explain it.
