IMHO, That seems like an awfully large variation to be caused by a change in position.
I would have the watch looked at if it happens again.
I put it out there as sometyhing to consider, but I agree with you.
Maybe Ken's explanation makes more sense? To follow up on that. Make sure you set the watch against the same source and at the same time of the day. If you are then seeing that type of inconsistency... Agree with Foster. Time for a Dr's appointment.
