 The reason they send soap bars, etc is it approximates the weight of whatever you "purchase", if you then claim you never got the goods, they simply say they shipped it to you, the have a shipping receipt to your address for the proper amount.

When asking for references, always ask for references from people you know or that post on other forums on a regular basis...otherwise, the scumbag can simply give you several email addresses that he owns and he answers himself...giving him, of course, glowing references!  If in doubt, post on the forums...I'm going to buy from this guy...will anybody vouch for him...and see what responses you get.

This is one reason 3T has the 50 minimum post or personal vouch for posting on the sales forum.
