 DeskDivers has a pretty good guide to fakes on the site now (non-commercial, it's just four nutty WISs), with photos and text explaining the salient points. We need to add the bad news about franken Ploprofs, which a recent development and makes me think that Omega SCs may be inadvertently 'helping' by servicing these watches.

The winner of this auction is in Austria, as is the seller. Both are low-FB eBayers :? Two of the bidders who raised the price the most have one FB point each. Is Austria in Denmark this week?

Fake Ploprofs are rare, but they are out there. I'm happy to look at photos if anyone has any questions about a listing.
