 While I have never personally purchased any watches from them, I have seen dozens of posts from people that have.  None that I have seen have related any negative experiences.

Edit:  After reading this post again, I realized I did buy 2 each Seiko SNK809 from them a couple of years ago at a killer price.  The Seiko's came through in great shape with box an papers for each!
