That helps. I have ordered other things from Overstock, and been generally pleased, but nothing that was a big-ticket item, and nothing that I was ever worried would have been a knock-off...
A related question, though... is there any negative implications of a model being discontinued? For example, some of the models on the overstock site, you can't find listed on the brand's website anymore.
I don't think a discontinued item makes the item bad. Sometimes things are discontinued just because of a color change, or slight technical improvement.
