If you want to use it for diving/ swimming you could try to source a Sinn rubber strap (they are wonderful) or buy a Ted Su dive buckle strap (notched to 22mm). i do wear my Monstrums on leather straps. Basically you can take any 22mm wide strap you want, but the thicker ones look better IMHO. You can order a custom made one (as I did) or just buy a Panerai style strap (mostlly 24mm to 26mm wide) and cut the end pieces down to 22mm. The watch deserves a chuncky strap, otherwise it does not look balanced! all the best Jan
