Little time so I'll be brief. Saw this up on another forum and it actually called my name. This is a homemade flieger which is very rustic. I have wanted an observation dial and here it is. Chronometer (soigne) grade 6497. Vintage noctiluma on dial and hands which is a bit fuzzy like aged tritium. You'll note the great vintage strap from a friend of this forum. Flieger Power!! Q&Ds:
