Went to put on my Gevril XO Submarine back on June 17th and for whatever reason it would not run (I know the date from the postage records). 

I decided to call Gevril to see if they would honor the warranty even though I purchased the watch off the forum and not from an AD.  Spoke to a terrific person, Susan, who told me to package it up and ship it to her attention, she would take care of it.  This was on the 17th.

To my surprise and amazement I recieveid a package from UPS today and inside was my repaired XO Submarine, running like a champ,  two weeks to the day of shipping it off to them for repair.

If that's not GREAT Customer Service, I don't know what is.
